Booking, Payment, Cancellation and more!
Upon booking a session, a retainer/deposit is due to hold your date and time. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the start of your session. These retainers are non-refundable and serve as a cancellation fee in the event that you would cancel your booked session, as the time and date has been held for you and was not allowed to be booked by anyone else.
All retainer fees are due immediately when booking and your date and time will not be booked until paid. Payments are preferred through Square, you receive a payable invoice in your e-mail that may be paid via computer, phone, tablet, etc. Once paid you receive an instant receipt in your e-mail.
Upon cancellation of a regular session, if initiated by you the client, any retainer fees are there forfeited and serve as the cancellation fee. However, the retainer may be used towards a future session if the session is scheduled within 30 days of the original session date. If the cancellation is initiated by Delirament Designs all money paid to Delirament Designs will be refunded.
Session Location & Travel Fees
Session locations are determined by me (and take place around the Green Bay area) unless requested otherwise. Session minis are often scheduled back to back and the location is already set. If travel is requested outside of the area, a travel fee of .55/mile will be charged.
You will receive previews usually within a few days to a week, the rest will come in an online gallery to your email around 3 weeks after the session.
